Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, there are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can archive your projects at any time to prevent new candidate invitations. By removing the GitHub installation, we'll also delete all your data within 30 days.

How are invitations calculated?

Every time you send a take-home project to a candidate and they start it, we count that as one invitation. If you send two different take-home projects to the same candidate during your interview process, that counts as two invitations.

Are there any other charges?

We only charge you based on the number of invitations you send. If you are on a paid GitHub organization plan, GitHub may charge you for candidates who are added as external collaborators while they complete their work.

Are volume discounts available, and can I prepay?

Yes, you can prepay for candidates and receive a discount. Send us an email at [email protected] to learn more.

Is it possible to pay by wire transfer or ACH?

Yes. When you prepay for candidates, we'll send you an invoice that you can pay by wire transfer or ACH.

Do you offer refunds?

No. You'll be charged for the invitations you send, and prepaid invitations are also non-refundable.
