Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, there are no long-term contracts or commitment. You can archive your projects at any time to prevent inviting candidates. By removing the GitHub installation, we'll also delete all your data within 30 days.

How are invites calculated?

Every time you send a take-home project to a candidate and they start it, we count that as 1 invitation. If you send two different take-home projects to the same candidate during your interview process, that counts as 2.

Are there any other charges?

We only charge you based on the number of invites that you send. If you are on a paid GitHub organization plan, you might get charged by them for the candidates, as external collaborators, for the time they take to submit their work.

Is there any volume discount or the ability to prepay?

Yes, you can decide to prepay for candidates and get a discount for that. Send us an email at [email protected] to learn more.

Is it possible to pay by wire transfer / ACH?

Yes, when you prepay for candidates, we'll send you an invoice that you can pay by wire transfer / ACH.

Do you offer any refund?

We don't, as you'll be charged for the invitations that you send. Prepaid invitations are also non-refundable.
